Synopsis:
Ryan Perry, 34, is diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, a congenital disorder for which 
there is no cure -- except a heart transplant. A year after a successful surgery, 
a mysterious woman contacts Ryan, telling him that his heart belongs to her. When 
at last he gets a glimpse of her, she looks remarkably like the woman whose heart 
he received. Twists, turns, and surprises ensue.
